Intelligent Direct-Mailing with I-PAPER awakes the market interest
PaperGate is carrying out an I-PAPER direct marketing campaign for the-Company.de, based in Vaihingen/Enz.

The campaign starts on the 30 th of March and ends on the 30 th of April 2007. A special reader was developed for this by BDT AG in Rottweil. With this reader, I-PAPER allows PaperGate clients to measure response rates in mailing or marketing campaigns. [more] |

Relaunch of the new Web site
PaperGate GmbH appears on a newly designed site on the World Wide Web. The site was created by @-traction of Ditzingen, Germany.

PaperGate at CeBIT
On March 14, PaperGate presented new hardware at CeBIT, Europe's biggest IT, DP and communications trade fair. The presentation took place at the joint booth of LICON …, of which PaperGate is also a member.

Economics Minister Ernst Pfister on a visit to PaperGate
On March 7, Ernst Pfister, the Economics Minister of Baden-Württemberg, paid a visit to PaperGate GmbH.

The Minister was shown I-PAPER, the world's first paper with electronic-storage capacity, and the newly developed second generation of write and read devices. |
The Minister was impressed by the range of uses of the new paper. He praised PaperGate for this innovation: "This company is extremely closely related to the future of this country and its economy. Not without reason did this company receive the Innovation Award of the German Printing Industry 2004", he said.

New write and read devices
After a successful test phase, hardwaremanufacturer hands over the new-generation write and read heads to PaperGate. The advantage of the new-generation devices is that the write and read speed is much higher as compared to the first generation. The units are available for demonstration.
